ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Wendy—a motion designer, illustrator, and frequent sketchbook scribbler. I spend most of my time bringing characters and ideas to life through animation, comics, and an ever-growing list of hands-on crafts (recent experiments include crochet plushies, shrinky dink keychains, zines, and the occasional wheel throwing).

I’m currently the marketing designer at Psyop, and a returning Conference Apprentice for SIGGRAPH’s Computer Animation Festival, where I’ve had the chance to contribute to one of the most exciting showcases of visual storytelling in the industry.

I earned my BFA in Media Arts Animation from Northeastern University, and I’ve been chasing that sweet spot between “this looks cool” and “why am I feeling feelings?” ever since. My favorite projects are the ones that balance strong design with emotional depth—whether that’s in a quiet visual metaphor, a playful motion loop, or a scene that hits a little too close to home (in the best way).

When I’m not designing or animating, you can find me taking long, romantic walks to the bookstore, losing track of time with a camera in hand, or reading/watching something that leaves me in emotional shambles.

If you want to collaborate or swap book recs, reach out on Instagram or at [email protected]Let’s make something wonderfully delightful.
